The “No.I Oxford Street” is a building located on one of the most important zones in Accra, the intersection of Ring road with Cantonments road and Oxford Street.
The building is a Serviced Apartments 5* Hotel, on its 2 basements and 15 floors, with a total area of almost 17.000 sqm. The architectural solution was a very challenging one for the engineering solutions since the geometry of each level is different from the previous one.
