This building was listed to be under protection of the public institute for the heritage.
The building rehabilitation was made considering it to be an ancient hotel and the project intended to turn it to residential use.
We’ve achieved the goal of having very comfortable solutions (acoustics), even being conditioned by the fact that it was necessary to keep the construction process and materials of the existing building.
